The BG Clinics
The nine BG acute clinics are among the biggest trauma surgery institutions in Germany. They have national significance and an outstanding international reputation. Optimum treatment of seriously injured patients is complemented by two clinics for occupational diseases and two trauma treatment centres. State-of-the-art medical equipment and the expertise of staff in the clinics make that possible. The BG clinics care for patients from the acute care phase with concurrent early rehabilitation through to medical aftercare. At the same time, the way is paved for vocational and social reintegration. Improved treatment methods shorten the length of time patients spend in the clinics. Therefore, year for year more inpatients can be treated. The clinics consistently work at a very high capacity.
